Wheelie Rims products are designed and 3D printed to order in Perth, Western Australia.

Order Processing

As our products are printed to order, please allow 2–5 business days for your order to be produced, finished and prepared for dispatch.

During busy periods or new product drops, processing times may occasionally be longer. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will contact you.

Shipping Within Australia

We currently ship Australia-wide.

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.

Delivery Times

Delivery times begin after your order has been produced and dispatched.

Estimated delivery times will vary depending on your location and the shipping service selected at checkout.

These delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed by Wheelie Rims.

Tracking

Where tracking is available, tracking information will be provided after your order has been dispatched.

Please allow some time for tracking information to become active after receiving your shipping confirmation.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address at checkout.

If you notice an error in your shipping details, please contact us as soon as possible through our Contact page.

Once an order has been dispatched, we may not be able to change or redirect the delivery.

Additional shipping costs resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address may be the customer's responsibility.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery may be affected by circumstances outside our control.

If your tracking has not updated for an extended period or you believe your parcel may be lost, please contact us through our Contact page and we will assist you with the carrier where reasonably possible.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and include your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging.

We will review the issue and work with you on an appropriate resolution.

International Shipping

Wheelie Rims currently focuses on shipping within Australia.

If international shipping becomes available, eligible destinations and shipping rates will be shown at checkout.
